Abstract:

A robot (104), an image acquisition method applied therein, an electronic device implementing the image acquisition method, and a computer readable storage medium. The robot (104) comprises: a robot body (201); a workbench (202); a telescopic structure (203) having one end pivotably connected to the robot body (201) and the other end connected to the workbench (202); a drive mechanism (204) disposed on the robot body (201) and used for driving the telescopic structure (203) to extend and retract and/or move relative to the robot body (201); and an image acquisition apparatus (205) disposed on the workbench (202). The telescopic structure (203) is configured to: enable the image acquisition apparatus (205) to acquire images of a target object from different angles as the telescopic structure (203) extends and retracts and/or moves, so that even if some regions of the target object are shielded by a shielding object, a complete image of the target image can be obtained by, for example, connecting images obtained from multiple angles, etc.
