Abstract:
This robot parameter setting device comprises: a first setting element which is one of an object (60) and a sensor (50) and which is attached to an arm (10a); a second setting element which is the other of the object (60) and the sensor (50); and a control unit which causes the arm (10a) to execute a parameter setting operation for disposing the first setting element at multiple positions. In the first half of the parameter setting operation or prior to the parameter setting operation, the control unit causes the sensor (50) to acquire first check data (23e) concerning the object in a state where the first setting element is being disposed at a setting check position. In the second half of the parameter setting operation or after the parameter setting operation, the control unit disposes the first setting element at the setting check position and also causes the sensor (50) to acquire second check data (23f) concerning the object, and then determines whether or not there has been a positional change on the basis of the two sets of data.
