Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a robot-and-visual-identification-based fully-automatic production line for a thermal aluminum spraying anti-corrosion treatment, the production line comprising: an automatic feeding system comprising a feeding bearing transmission mechanism; a laser derusting system comprising a derusting robot, a laser cleaning head, and a derusting conveying mechanism; a thermal aluminum spraying system comprising an aluminum spraying robot and a thermal aluminum spraying gun; an automatic rolling system comprising a rolling bearing platform, a first rolling wheel, a second rolling wheel, and a rolling driving mechanism, the first rolling wheel being rotatably arranged on the rolling bearing platform, the rolling driving mechanism being arranged on the rolling bearing platform, the second rolling wheel being arranged on the rolling driving mechanism, and the rolling driving mechanism being capable of driving the second rolling wheel to get close to or away from the first rolling wheel; a laser cutting system; and a discharging and palletizing system. According to the present invention, processes such as automated laser cleaning, arc aluminum spraying, automatic rolling, and laser cutting of workpieces can be implemented by means of the robots, such that the spraying quality and efficiency are greatly improved.
