Abstract:
The group of inventions relates to means for automatic notification, consultation and collection of requested data. The technical result is to expand the functional capabilities of the user interaction module via an electronic device for a roboticized voice question answer system. The roboticized voice question answer system comprises a module for collecting user data from internal sources and a user interaction module with the capability of receiving data from the data collection module and correcting a scenario and is characterized in that the data collection module can receive data from external sources, while the user interaction module initiates scenarios aimed at achieving a target action of the system with regard to the user, while taking the received data into account.
