A rocker-type double-cylinder pumping machine, which uses the lever principle and a left-and-right rocker structure. A high pressure tank (3) is located in the center of a base (12), and a left cylinder (4) and a right cylinder (5) are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the high pressure tank (3); and a rocker arm (6) has a seesaw structure. The present invention eliminates the use of an O-ring, the piston is of a sealed ring design, and each air chamber draws in and pushes out air by means of independent airways and valves; one-way valves produced in batches are used as the air valves and are uniformly mounted on an upper surface of the base (12); an airway connecting each air chamber to a high pressure bin is located below the base (12), and the left and right cylinders (4, 5) are used to deliver external air to each air chamber level-by-level by means of a pipe-type airway similar a printed circuit, so as to compress and finally converge in a three-stage high-pressure bin; air inlets of the left and right cylinders (4, 5) are combined to form a suction nozzle (1), which can be used as a vacuum pump. The pumping machine features a well developed technology, stable performance and high reliability, and can achieve maintenance-free operations without failure in an entire life cycle.
