Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a high precision measuring device using a laser, such that the device can easily measure, with a minimal number of people, the horizontality and the parallelism of a roll without restrictions on an installation state and place of roll facilities. To this end, the present invention comprises: a fixed jig loaded on a reference roll, and including laser receiving/transmitting units for sensing distance information and a sensor unit for storing a laser signal; a movable jig mounted on a measuring roll spaced apart from the reference roll so as to reflect a laser signal at a right angle by a reflection unit and transmit the reflected laser signal to the laser receiving unit; and a control unit for controlling the laser receiving/transmitting units, and receiving a distance value measured by the sensor unit so as to collect data, calculate a corresponding relationship between image information and the distance information, and determine the horizontality and the parallelism of the measuring roll.
