Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a roll capable of effectively preventing tunneling and a roll production method. [Solution] A roll 100 having a cylindrical core 110 and a laminate 120 wound around the core. The laminate has, in order in the laminating direction thereof, a process film 125, a surface coat layer 124, a base material layer 121, an adhesive layer 122, and a release liner 123. The process film is formed using at least one type selected from the group consisting of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyolefin, and polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The surface coat layer is formed using a fluororesin. The release liner is formed using polyethylene terephthalate (PET). The core is formed by using an Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene copolymer resin (ABS) or polypropylene (PP).
