Abstract:
This roll screen device comprises a screen portion 12 formed in a sheet shape and a winding mechanism that winds up the screen portion 12. The screen portion 12 comprises: a fabric layer 36; a first sealing layer 37 provided above the fabric layer 36; a solar battery cell 20 provided on the first sealing layer 37; a second sealing layer 38 provided on the solar battery cell 20; and a coating layer 42 which is provided on a surface 36a of the fabric layer 36 that faces the first sealing layer 37 and which is for preventing a sealing material that forms the first sealing layer 37 from entering the fabric layer 36.
