Abstract:
Provided is a roll stamping apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus comprising: a plurality of roller sets, each having rollers rotating while facing each other in order to press opposite surfaces of a continuously supplied material and to allow the material to proceed therebetween; and forming portions having stamping structures that are applied to the outer surfaces of the roller sets to form the material, wherein the roller sets are arranged in the progress direction of the material, and the respective forming portions of the roller sets are formed to sequentially change the section of the material as the material proceeds, wherein at least one of the roller sets before the final roller set through which the material finally passes is an excessively forming roller set having a forming portion that has a circumference longer than that of the forming portion of the final roller set.
