Abstract:
A roll-to-roll nanoimprint apparatus, comprising: a material discharging unit, a gluing unit, an imprinting and curing unit and a material receiving unit, which are arranged in sequence. The imprinting and curing unit comprises an imprinting module and a curing module, and the imprinting and curing unit can enable, by adjusting a film penetrating mode, the apparatus to switch between a UV imprinting function and a UV coating function, wherein when the UV imprinting function is achieved, a film passes through the imprinting module and the curing module from the gluing unit to arrive at the material receiving unit; and when the UV coating function is achieved, a film directly passes through the curing module from the gluing unit to arrive at the material receiving unit. The present invention can enable, by adjusting the film penetrating mode, the apparatus to switch between the UV imprinting function and the UV coating function, thereby supporting two operation modes, i.e. UV imprinting and UV coating. Therefore, the problems of excessively high costs, the waste of production facilities and excessive investment of fixed assets caused by configuring two kinds of apparatuses when the production requirements are insufficient are solved, and the market competitiveness of an enterprise can be significantly improved.
