Abstract:
The present invention relates to a roll-to-roll printing-based printed rectenna manufacturing method, a printed rectenna, and an electronic device using same. A roll-to-roll printing-based printed rectenna manufacturing method, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: printing a lower electrode of a diode on a substrate by using a conductive ink; printing a first semiconductor layer of the diode on the printed lower electrode by using a first semiconductor ink; printing a second semiconductor layer of the diode on the printed first semiconductor layer by using a second semiconductor ink; and printing an upper electrode of the diode on the printed second semiconductor layer by using the conductive ink.
