Abstract:
In order to provide a rolled copper foil that has small dimensional changes before and after recrystallization, and small anisotropic dimensional changes, this rolled copper foil, which has a dimensional change rate before and after annealing for 30 minutes at 350°C of 0 to 0.01% in both a direction parallel to rolling and a direction at right angles to rolling, is provided.
