A rolled sheet material bending machine having a rotating frame comprises a base plate (1). A rotatable toothed ring (2) is provided at an upper end of the base plate. A protruding rolled sheet material placement region is formed at a region of the base plate within an inner ring of the toothed ring (2). A left column and a right column are symmetrically provided at an upper end of the toothed ring. A crossbeam (3) is connected and fixed to upper ends of the two columns. The crossbeam is provided with a shaping jig device movable along a right half portion of the crossbeam in a length direction. Compared with a conventional bending machine in which a base plate rotates, a shaping jig of the bending machine of the present invention moves, such that the machine operates stably when a rolled sheet material is bent, thereby increasing bending quality and bending efficiency.
