Abstract:
A roller assembly (100), comprising: a support (10); first rollers (20) mounted on the support (10) and each comprising a roller body (21), and a first cam (22) and a second cam (23) respectively fixed at two ends of the roller body (21); and a first limiting member (31) and a second limiting member (32), which are fixed to the support (10), wherein the first limiting member (31) is arranged corresponding to the first cam (22) and configured to abut against the outer peripheral surface of the first cam (22); and the second limiting member (32) is arranged corresponding to the second cam (23) and configured to abut against the outer peripheral surface of the second cam (23), so that when the first roller (20) rotates, two ends of the first roller (20) can synchronously move under the actions of the first limiting member (31) and the second limiting member (32). The roller assembly (100) further comprises second rollers (50) mounted on the support (10) and arranged parallel to and side by side with the first rollers (20), wherein third rollers (72) of flex resistant units (70) abut against the second rollers (50) so as to prevent the second rollers (50) from flexural deformation. The roller assembly (100) has better assembly and disassembly convenience, and is beneficial to improving the processing efficiency of an electrode plate tape.
