Abstract:
Disclosed is a roller automatic grease filling system. The system comprises: a measuring device, an automatic grease injection device, a measuring main body, an on-line monitoring device (15) and a data transmission device (14), wherein the automatic grease injection device comprises a grease storage device (1), a grease pump (2) and a grease injection pipeline (3); the measuring main body comprises a main shaft (4), a bearing (5), an outer bearing cover (6) and an inner bearing cover (7), the main shaft (4) being provided with an axial grease intake channel (8) and a radial grease injection hole (9) which are in communication with each other, and the grease intake channel (8) being in communication with the grease injection pipeline (3); the measuring device comprises a vibration sensor (10); and the on-line monitoring device (15) stores apparatus data of the roller, historical grease injection data and bearing use duration so as to optimize an amplitude threshold of a bearing and determine the grease injection amount. According to the system, a working state of the roller bearing is monitored on line, grease is automatically and accurately injected into the roller bearing by means of reasonable calculation and data optimization according to the actual requirements of the roller, the grease injection efficiency is improved, and the service life of the roller bearing is prolonged. Further disclosed is an automatic grease filling method.
