Abstract:
The invention relates to a roller, which can be used in any form and in all hairstyling applications, said roller having an optimum design for each application, i. e. being open or closed and having any type of roller surface. The roller can be used both professionally and at home. According to the invention, each roller, or in the case of a multi-part design, each of its parts has at least one component comprising a magnetic contact system. Once the hair has been wound onto the roller, the latter is fixed as a result of said system by clicking the rollers against one another. The advantage of this is that using at least one roller, the wound hair is fixed onto said roller with the desired firmness. As the magnets and/or ferromagnetic parts can be positioned in any location, the inventive rollers can adhere to one another in practically every conceivable configuration and position, enabling the hair to be styled almost without limitation and with significantly less effort, in a manner that is kind to the hair.
