Abstract:
A roller holder, comprising a frame (25), a motor (7), a holding mechanism, a bracket (4), a transmission means and a clamping mechanism. The bracket (4) and the clamping mechanism are fixed to the frame (25) or a guide bolt (32); the holding mechanism and the motor (7) are mounted on the bracket (4); the clamping mechanism pushes the bracket (4) to clamp, and the motor (7) drives the holding mechanism to form a drill holding hole (27) for holding a drilling tool. The holder is of such structural form that a roller or crawler is pushed with a hydraulic cylinder or a Belleville spring to clamp, and the roller or chain wheel is driven by a motor to rotate, so as to clamp, loosen and unscrew the drilling tool during multi-angle drilling; thus, drilling tools can be rapidly extracted and fed in, thereby improving work efficiency, shortening the length of the cylinder, and reducing the weight of a rig.
