Abstract:
A roller library for automatic roller changing. The roller library is used for assisting an automatic roller changing robot (j) to complete automatic roller changing work, and comprises a first roller frame (g1), a second roller frame (g2), and a roller frame crane (dc); a first frame base (jz1) and a second frame base (jz2) are further provided below the roller frame crane; the first roller frame can be fixedly placed on the first frame base, and the second roller frame can be fixedly placed on the second frame base; and a mechanical arm (js) is further provided on the roller frame crane, and the mechanical arm can pick up, transport and place the first roller frame or the second roller frame onto the automatic roller changing robot to help the automatic roller changing robot to complete the roller changing work. According to the roller library for automatic roller changing, on the basis of an original full-automatic roller changing robot, a set of roller library capable of cooperating with the full-automatic roller changing robot to automatically change a roller is provided nearby the full-automatic roller changing robot, so that the roller library can conveniently and rapidly help the automatic roller changing robot to complete the automatic roller changing work.
