Abstract:
The present invention relates to a roller for producing a medical capsule, comprising: a rotating roller body with which a film is provided around the outer circumferential surface thereof and rotates; a plurality of film insertion parts which are formed to be depressed in capsule form onto the outer circumferential surface of the rotating roller body; and an air exhaust hole which is formed through the bottom surface of the film insertion part and removes an air pressure which is generated when the film is adsorbed into the film insertion part, wherein the film insertion part comprises: an insertion hole body into which the film is inserted; an adhesive extending protrusion which is step-formed at a certain height between a connecting surface, which connects neighboring insertion hole bodies to each other, and an inner wall surface of the insertion hole body to extend the adhesive area, wherein the width of the adhesive extending protrusion is in the range of 0.1 mm to 0.45 mm, and the height between the adhesive extending protrusion and the connecting surface is in the range of 0.1 mm to 0.45 mm.
