Abstract:
A roller shutter fireproof device for preventing a fire from spreading. The device comprises a fixing plate (1); a first concentric-square-shaped groove (2) and a second concentric-square-shaped groove (3) are provided in a lower surface of the fixing plate (1); first electric motors (4) are respectively fixedly connected to four corners of the interior of the first concentric-square-shaped groove (2); a first winding rod (5) is fixedly connected to an output shaft of each first electric motor (4); an end of the first winding rod (5) away from the first electric motor (4) is rotationally connected to an inner side wall of the first concentric-square-shaped groove (2); first fireproof cloth (6) is wound around an outer side wall of the first winding rod (5); second electric motors (7) are respectively fixedly connected to four corners of the interior of the second concentric-square-shaped groove (3); a second winding rod (8) is fixedly connected to an output shaft of each second electric motor (7); an end of the second winding rod (8) away from the second electric motor (7) is rotationally connected to an inner side wall of the second concentric-square-shaped groove (3); second fireproof cloth (9) is wound around an outer side wall of the second winding rod (8); magnetic strips (10) are respectively fixedly connected to the interior of the first fireproof cloth (6) and the interior of the second fireproof cloth (9); a fire-fighting spray head (11) is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the fixing plate (1); the end of the first fireproof cloth (6) away from the first winding rod (5) and the end of the second fireproof cloth (9) away from the second winding rod (8) are respectively fixedly connected to a metal block (15); and a PLC (13) is arranged inside the fixing plate, and the PLC controls the first electric motors (4), such that four pieces of first fireproof cloth (6) are simultaneously put down to form a long column body, the magnetic strips (10) are fixed inside the first fireproof cloth (6), the four magnetic strips (10) are mutually magnetically attracted to ensure sealing connection of the four pieces of first fireproof cloth (6), and the fire-fighting spray head (11) below the fixing plate (1) is used for spraying water, thereby extinguishing an object that has caught fire, and preventing the fire from spreading.
