Abstract:
A roller system side pulling type roller press and a roller system side pulling mounting and dismounting method. The roller press comprises a rack (1) and roller systems; the rack (1) comprises an upper frame, a lower frame, and an opening and closing side (1-5); an upper end of the opening and closing side (1-5) is detachably connected to the upper frame, and a lower end of the opening and closing side (1-5) is connected to and rotatable relative to the lower frame; the opening and closing side (1-5) rotates relative to the lower frame, so that a roller system moving passage is formed by the surface of the lower frame and the upper surface of the opening and closing side (1-5) together; an auxiliary transport device is provided on the roller system moving passage; the roller systems work in conjunction with the auxiliary transport device and move into or out of the rack (1) along the auxiliary transport device, so that the roller systems can be quickly replaced or mounted without a large hoisting tool, thereby saving plant construction costs and saving the replacement or mounting time of roller systems.
