Abstract:
A roller type conveying device for fruit and vegetable sorting, comprising a chain assembly and conveying units. Fruits and vegetables (17) are placed on the conveying units; the chain assembly comprises a transmission chain (9) and a chain support rod (16), and the transmission chain (9) is arranged on the chain support rod (16); a conveying unit is mounted on each chain link along the transmission chain (9); each conveying unit comprises outer rollers (1), a roller frame (2), pin shafts (3), rubber bushings (4), a roller shaft (5), and a support engagement base (7); the two outer rollers (1) are coaxially and fixedly sleeved at two ends of the roller shaft (5); the rubber bushings (4) are sleeved outside the roller shaft (5); the roller shaft (5) is movably fitted into special-shaped grooves in the top of the roller frame (2); the roller shaft (5) is axially perpendicular to the conveying direction of the transmission chain (9); the bottom of the roller frame (2) is movably connected to the top of the support engagement base (7) by means of the pin shafts (3) and pin shaft sliding grooves (702); the support engagement base (7) is mounted on the transmission chain (9).
