Abstract:
A rolling mill, comprising a pair of upper and lower working rollers rolling a band steel, two pairs of upper and lower intermediate rolls supporting the working rolls, and two pairs of upper and lower reinforcement rolls supporting the intermediate rolls, respectively, or a rolling mill, comprising a pair of upper and lower working rolls rolling a band steel and two pairs of upper and lower reinforcement rolls supporting the working rolls, respectively, wherein a roll shoulder having a reducing roll diameter is provided at a roll shell end part symmetric with respect to a lateral centerline of the band steel, or a bearing is provided for each reinforcement roll, whereby a rolling machine and a rolling mill excellent in plate crown control capability can be provided while small diameter working rolls are being used.
