Abstract:
The present invention relates to rolling rolls manufactured by joining and pressure-impregnating dissimilar materials, and a manufacturing method therefor and, more specifically, the manufacturing method comprises: a step of molding a premolded product, which comprises a hollow part, by using a powder comprising TiC; a step of forming an outer layer part by filling the premolded product in a cavity provided in a mold for impregnation; a step of forming an inner layer part by inserting steel into the hollow part of the premolded product; a matrix material filling step of filling a matrix material in the upper part of the premolded product filled in the cavity; and a dissimilar material joining and pressure-impregnation step of pressing the premolded product, the matrix material and the steel so as to impregnate the matrix material in the premolded product and join the premolded product and the steel.
