Abstract:
The roof with solar panels and heat insulation with tile-reinforcing components has characteristics such that the roof (10) can be selected from roofs with kite roof tiles, roofs with mom-style roof tiles, roofs with double-ridged roof tiles, roofs with triple-ridged roof tiles and roofs with corrugated roof tiles. This invention has special features in that the top of the roof (10) is equipped with one or a number of solar panels (30) by joining solar panels (30) to the roof (10) with one of the following characteristics: a. Solar panels are joined to the roof with silicone; b. Solar panels are joined to the roof by being embedded as part of the roof; c. Solar panels are joined to the roof using prepared slots to form a shape at the roof; d. Solar panels are joined to the roof by fitting collapsed parts to form a shape at the roof; e. Solar panels are joined to the roof and held with a bolt to a supporting metal frame with the solar panel as a supporting component and the metal frame supporting solar panels joined to the roof and held with a bolt.

Claims

1. The solar roof and heat insulation with tile-reinforcing components has the following characteristics:

The roof (10) can be selected from roofs with kite roof tiles, roofs with mom-style roof tiles, roofs with double-ridged roof tiles, roofs with triple-ridged roof tiles and roofs with corrugated roof tiles.

This invention has the following special characteristics:

The top of the roof (10) is equipped with one or a number of solar panels (30) by joining solar panels (30) to the roof (10) with one of the following characteristics: a. Solar panels (30) are joined to the roof (10) with silicone; b. Solar panels (30) are joined to the roof (10) by being embedded as part of the roof; c. Solar panels (30) are joined to the roof (10) using prepared slots to form a shape at the roof (10); d. Solar panels (30) are joined to the roof (10) by fitting collapsed parts to form a shape at the roof (10); e. Solar panels (30) are joined to the roof (10) and held with a bolt to a supporting metal frame with the solar panel as a supporting component and the metal frame supporting solar panels joined to the roof (10) and held with a bolt.

2. The roof with solar panels and heat insulation with tile -reinforcing components in Claim 1 is such that the interior of the roof (10) is equipped with a mesh (11) that is fiberglass fabric mesh or fiberglass fabric mesh or iron mesh or steel mesh or plastic mesh or nylon mesh or carbon fiber mesh, one or a combination of the abovementioned meshes.

3. The roof with solar panels and heat insulation with tile-reinforcing components in any of Claims 1-2 is such that the interior of the roof (10) is equipped with the mesh (11). The mesh has an area equal to the area of the tile mixing material functioning to merge with all tile mixing materials on a flat plane to reinforce the roof (10).

4. The roof with solar panels and heat insulation with tile-reinforcing components in any of Claims 1-3 is such that the heat insulation (20) is selected from at least one layer of polyurethane foam, at least one layer of polystyrene foam, at least one layer of polyethylene, at least one layer of polyurethane foam, at least one layer of the abovementioned materials or at least two types of the abovementioned materials, which are organized to function as heat insulation (20) is installed at the lower wall of the roof (10).

5. The roof with solar panels and heat insulation with tile-reinforcing components in any of Claims 1-4 is such that the heat insulation (20) has an outer ring diameter smaller than the outer ring diameter of the roof (10) to create non-overlapping parts on certain areas of the roof (10) for placement or overlapping on the roof (10) for installation.

6. The roof with solar panels and heat insulation with tile-reinforcing components in any of Claims 1-5 is such that the lower wall of the heat insulation (20) has flame retardants on the surface of the heat insulation (20) to prevent fires.

7. The roof with solar panels and heat insulation with tile-reinforcing components in any of Claims 1-6 is such that the invention has the holding frame (40) with three metal rails consisting of:

The upper side of the first C-shaped rail (41) is a rail for supporting assembly of the roof (10) with solar panels (30) or only solar panels (30). The first C-shaped rail (41) has at least one rail, etc. The lower side of the second C-shaped rail (42) is a rail for supporting assembly of heat insulation (20). The second C-shaped rail (42) has at least one rail, etc., for the roof (10) with solar panels (30) in the model without heat insulation (20).

The upper side of the third C-shaped rail (43) is a rail for supporting assembly of the roof (10) with solar panels (30) or only solar panels (30). The third C-shaped rail (43) has at least one rail, etc.

The lower side of the fourth C-shaped rail (44) is a rail for supporting assembly of heat insulation (20). The fourth C-shaped rail (44) has at least one rail, etc., for the roof (10) with solar panels (30) in the model without heat insulation (20).

8. The roof with solar panels and heat insulation with tile-reinforcing components in any of Claims 1-7 is such that:

The first C-shaped rail (41) and the third C-shaped rail (43) are opposite one another to support assembly of the roof (10) with solar panels (30) or only a system of solar panels (30).

The third C-shaped rail (43) and the fourth C-shaped rail (44) are opposite one another to support assembly of the networked heat insulation (20) for the roof (10) with solar panels (30) and heat insulation (20).

ROOF WITH SOLAR PANELS AND TILE-REINFORCING HEAT INSULATION

In regards to old roof tile models, installation is separate from solar cells, causing the roof structure to have a heavy load and causing installation to be separate, resulting in waste of time and expenses. Furthermore, solar panel installation appears unattractive and is difficult to maintain. In this invention, the roof has solar panels and tile-reinforcing heat insulation to combine roof and solar panel installation in one part for convenience of installation, cost-efficiency and reduced electricity consumption while maintaining an attractive appearance.

Invention Characteristics and Objectives

The roof with solar panels and tile-reinforcing heat insulation has characteristics consisting of the roof selected from roofs with kite roof tiles, roofs with mom-style roof tiles, roofs with double-ridged roof tiles, roofs with triple-ridged roof tiles and roofs with corrugated roof tiles. This invention has special features in that the top of the roof is equipped with one or a number of solar panels by joining solar panels to the roof with one of the following characteristics: a. Solar panels are joined to the roof with silicone; b. Solar panels are joined to the roof by being embedded as part of the roof; c. Solar panels are joined to the roof using prepared slots to form a shape at the roof; d. Solar panels are joined to the roof by fitting collapsed parts to form a shape at the roof; e. Solar panels are joined to the roof and held with a bolt to a supporting metal frame with the solar panel as a supporting component and the metal frame supporting solar panels joined to the roof and held with a bolt. This invention intends to prepare roofs with solar panels and tile-reinforcing heat insulation to enable installation of roofs and solar panels as a single part to facilitate installation and reduce electricity consumption. Figure 1, Figure 2 and Figure 3 show the components of the roof with solar panels and tile-reinforcing heat insulation to have the following characteristics: The roof (10) is selected from roofs with kite roof tiles, roofs with mom-style roof tiles, roofs with double-ridged roof tiles, roofs with triple-ridged roof tiles and roofs with corrugated roof tiles, etc.

The interior of the roof (10) is equipped with a mesh (11) that is fiberglass fabric mesh or fiberglass fabric mesh or iron mesh or steel mesh or plastic mesh or nylon mesh or carbon fiber mesh, one or a combination of the abovementioned meshes. The mesh (11) area is equal to the area of the tile mixing material functioning to merge with all tile mixing materials on a flat plane to reinforce tile structure and make the roof have less thickness and have durability.

The heat insulation (20) is selected from at least one layer of polyurethane foam, at least one layer of polystyrene foam, at least one layer of polyethylene, at least one layer of polyurethane foam, at least one layer of the abovementioned materials or at least two types of the abovementioned materials, which are organized to function as heat insulation (20) is installed at the lower wall of the roof (10).

The heat insulation (20) has an outer ring diameter smaller than the outer ring diameter of the roof (10) to create non-overlapping parts on certain areas of the roof (10) for placement or overlapping on the roof (10) for installation.

The lower wall of the heat insulation (20) has flame retardants on the surface of the heat insulation (20) to prevent fires.
