A root canal cleaning device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a negative pressure generator operating according to the application of power; a handpiece housing for accommodating the negative pressure generator; a cooling water passage formed inside the handpiece housing; a cooling water injection port communicating with the cooling water passage formed in the handpiece housing; and a cleaning solution nozzle provided at the handpiece housing. Ultrasonic negative pressure applied to the cooling water by means of the negative pressure generator is transmitted to the cleaning solution, vapor bubbles are generated within the cleaning solution by means of the transmitted ultrasonic negative pressure, and the vapor bubbles are applied together with the cleaning solution to a tooth to be treated, so as to remove objects to be cleaned out from the inside of the tooth including the root canal. The cleaning solution is a degassed liquid.
