Abstract:
A Roots blower having a flow guiding device, comprising a housing (1), an air inlet and an air outlet are provided on the housing (1), an air intake flow guiding cone (2) is provided within the air inlet, an air intake flow passage is formed between the air intake flow guiding cone (2) and an inner wall of the air inlet, an air outlet flow guiding cone (3) is provided within the air outlet, an air outlet flow passage is formed between the air outlet flow guiding cone (3) and an inner wall of the air outlet, an exhaust cavity (301) having two end openings is provided in the interior of the air outlet flow guiding cone (3), an exhaust hole (101) that communicates with the exhaust cavity (301) is provided on the housing (1), one side of the air intake flow guiding cone (2) and air outlet flow guiding cone (3) facing toward an impeller is a concave arc-shaped surface, and a limiting protection valve (4) is provided on one side of the air outlet flow guiding cone (3) that faces towards the impeller. By providing flow guiding cones, relatively long flow passages can effectively delay the backflow process of a high-pressure gas, and even if the gas enters the volume formed by an impeller and a housing along flow passages on both sides of the two flow guiding cones, the generation of gas turbulence can be effectively avoided, and thus solving the current problem of loud fan noise.
