Abstract:
It is possible to manufacture a magnetic encoder with a large external diameter
at a reasonable cost, easily attach/detach a compact sensor case having a built-in
sensor element, and easily assemble a double-row rolling bearing formed by a
small number of parts and having a rotation sensor equipped with pressurizing
means. A magnetic body (12) of the magnetic encoder (11) is formed by magnetic
materials bonded by rubber. The magnetic body (12) is attached by adhesive (13)
to an annular pressing member (8) also serving as a core metal. This eliminates
the need of a mold or other facility for vulcanizing adhesion and enables manufacturing
the magnetic encoder (11) of a large external diameter at a reasonable cost.
