Disclosed are a rotary compressor, a gas compression system, a refrigerating system and a heat pump system. The rotary compressor comprises: an air cylinder (10), a cam mechanism (30), a slip sheet (40) and a swinging block (50); a cam portion of the cam mechanism (30) is rotatablely disposed in the air cylinder (10); the air cylinder (10) is provided with a slip sheet groove (13); the slip sheet (40) is mounted in the slip sheet groove (13); the swinging block (50) and the front end of the slip sheet (40) are hinged around a first axis; the first axis is parallel to the axis of the air cylinder (10); the swinging block (50) is provided with a press-against surface (55), and the press-against surface (55) presses against the excircle surface of the cam portion; the press-against surface (55) is internally tangent with the excircle surface of the cam portion; and the press-against surface (55) is a circular arc surface having a radius of r1 and a radius of the excircle surface of the cam portion is r2, which satisfy: 0.01％≤(r1-r2)/r2.
