Abstract:
A rotary compressor comprises: a compression device that has a compression space for accommodating a refrigerant introduced into a suction port, compresses the refrigerant in the compression space and discharges same to a discharge port; a drive device for driving the compression device; a flange member that divides the inside of a case into a low-pressure region communicating with the suction port and having the drive device disposed therein and a high-pressure region communicating with the discharge port and having the compression device disposed therein; and a muffler member that is disposed on one surface facing the low-pressure region of the flange member to form a first space in which oil is stored and to form a second space which communicates with a first hole. The flange member includes a first hole for communicating the low-pressure region and the compression space, the muffler member includes a second hole that forms a part of a refrigerant flow path, and at least one of the flange member and the muffler member includes a third hole that forms a part of an oil flow path.
