Abstract:
A rotary compressor comprises a cylinder body (100), a front cylinder cover (200), and a rear cylinder cover (300). An off-center rolling rotary compression device (P) is disposed in a cylinder (140) of the cylinder body (100). The off-center rolling rotary compression device (P) comprises a spindle (400), a rolling rotor (500), and an off-center positioning bushing (600). The off-center positioning bushing (600) is movably sleeved on a positioning spool (420) on the spindle (400). An elastic member is disposed between the off-center positioning bushing (600) and the positioning spool (420). The rolling rotor (500) is sleeved on the off-center positioning bushing (600). A front shaft (410) and a rear shaft (430) of the spindle (400) are sleeved in a shaft cavity (210) of the front cylinder cover (200) and a shaft cavity (310) of the rear cylinder cover (300), respectively. A cylinder wall (130) of the cylinder (140) is provided with a slide slot (120). A sliding vane (R) capable of sliding back and forth in the slide slot (120) is disposed in the slide slot (120). An end portion of the sliding vane (R) presses an outer ring (540) of the rolling rotor (500). The rolling rotor (500) can be pressed, in an off-center manner, onto the cylinder wall (130) of the cylinder (140) to perform rolling rotation, forming a high-pressure gas chamber (142) and a low-pressure gas chamber (141) in the cylinder (140) during the rolling rotation. A side wall of the high-pressure gas chamber (142) is provided with a gas discharging mechanism. The low-pressure gas chamber (141) is provided with a gas inlet (110). The rotary compressor is securely sealed, operates efficiently, is well lubricated, and can be manufactured without requiring extensive machining.
