Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a rotary connector device and a steering device that, with a simple construction, can reduce the influence of at least one of a deflection angle and eccentricity on steering. [Solution] This rotary connector device 2 is provided with a stator 10, a rotator 20, and an adjustment structure 9. The stator 10 is configured so as to be mounted to a vehicle main body 3. The rotator 20 is provided so as to be rotatable about an axis of rotation A1 relative to the stator 10. The adjustment structure 9 allows the axis of rotation A1 to move relative to the vehicle main body 3 with the stator 10 mounted to the vehicle main body 3. The stator 10 and the rotator 20 form a cable-housing space 50 that is provided so as to surround the axis of rotation A1.
