Abstract:
A rotary control device, comprising a base (10) and a rotary knob (20), wherein the base (10) is provided with two sensing mechanisms (30), each sensing mechanism (30) comprising a body (31) with a fixed contact (311) and an elastic sheet (32) with a movable contact, and a fixed end of the elastic sheet (32) being connected to the body (31); an inner side wall of the rotary knob (20) is provided with a driving structure arranged around the axis of the rotary knob (20), the driving structure comprising a plurality of grooves (21) and a plurality of bulges (22), the grooves (21) and the bulges (22) being alternately provided, and a movable end of the elastic sheet (32) abutting against the grooves (21); when the rotary knob (20) rotates forward, the grooves (21) and the bulges (22) shift the elastic sheet (32) of one of the sensing mechanisms (30) to enable the movable contact of the sensing mechanism (30) to make contact with the fixed contact (311), so that the sensing mechanism (30) can detect the forward rotation of the rotary knob (20); and when the rotary knob (20) rotates reversely, the grooves (21) and the bulges (22) shift the elastic sheet (32) of the other sensing mechanism (30) to enable the movable contact of the sensing mechanism (30) to make contact with the fixed contact (311), so that the sensing mechanism (30) can detect the reverse rotation of the rotary knob (20). Therefore, the rotation angle of the rotary knob (20) is not limited, and the two sensing mechanisms (30) are not required to be mounted at the center of the circle of the rotary knob (20) to avoid interference with other elements.
