[Problem] To provide a rotary cutter device which stably cuts an object to be cut. [Solution] A rotary cutter device (610) has: a housing (612); a rotating body (620) which is supported by the housing (612) so that the rotating body (620) can rotate about the rotation axis (O) in a predetermined rotational direction and which is provided with a rotating blade (621) including a first cutting edge (621b); and a holding body (630) which is supported by the housing (612) and which is provided with a stationary blade (631) including a second cutting edge (631b). The first cutting edge (621b) comes into contact with and slides along the second cutting edge (631b) from the first side of the rotating direction to thereby cut a labeling tape (3A) located in an introduction path which passes through the vicinity of the tip of the second cutting edge (631b). When the labeling tape (3A) is conveyed in the introduction path from a cutting position to the inner side of the rotating body (620), a rotating shaft (650) makes contact with the labeling tape (3A) from the first side of the rotation direction and guides the labeling tape (3A) to the second side of the rotation direction.
