Abstract:
A rotary electric machine (10) includes: a rotor (40); and a stator (50) having polyphase stator winding wires (51) provided with lead wire parts (81, 82) arranged at a predetermined interval in the circumferential direction. The rotary electric machine (10) is provided with any one of: a configuration of having an inter-lead wire member (142) made of a magnetic material in which a saturation magnetic flux density Bs satisfies Wt×Bs≤Wm×Br, where Wt represents the circumferential width dimension between the lead wire parts with respect to one magnetic pole of a magnet part (42) of the rotor, Wm represents the circumferential width dimension of one magnetic pole, and Br represents the residual magnetic flux density of the magnet part; a configuration of having an inter-lead wire member (57) made of a non-magnetic material; and a configuration having no inter-lead wire member, between the lead wire parts. This rotary electric machine control device is provided with a control unit (77) that is connected to a stator winding wire, that is provided with pairs of switching elements (Sp, Sn) controlling an energization state with the number of pairs matching the number of phases of winding wires, and that controls a drive circuit such that a period in which the conduction rate of each of the switching elements becomes a constant value, becomes a predetermined period of 120-180° in electric angle.
