Abstract:
A rotary engine, comprising a housing, a crank double-sliding block connecting rod mechanism, and rotating housings (9, 10). Two perpendicularly arranged sliding grooves are formed in the housing, the crank double-sliding block connecting rod mechanism is mounted on the housing, sliding blocks of the crank double-sliding block connecting rod mechanism are located in the sliding grooves, and the sliding blocks periodically compress gas in the sliding grooves by means of crank rotation. The two rotating housings (9, 10) capable of synchronously rotating are mounted on the outer side of the housing, a combustion chamber is provided in each rotating housing (9, 10), any rotating housing (9, 10) is in transmission connection to a main shaft (13) by means of a transmission system, and the rotating housing (9, 10) drives the main shaft (13) to rotate by means of combustion of the compressed gas in the combustion chamber. The device performs circumferential movement by means of the combustion chamber, so that the problem of uneven stress of a sealing sheet caused by eccentric movement of a rotor piston of a Wankel rotary engine can be avoided, so that good sealing can be achieved.
