Abstract:
Provided is a rotary machine having exceptional space-saving properties despite being provided with a reduction gear. This rotary machine (1) comprises a first output shaft (10), a cylindrical shaft (20) surrounding the first output shaft (10), a reduction gear (60) connected to the shaft (20), a rotor (30) fixed to the shaft (20), a stator (40) surrounding the rotor (30), a housing (50) supporting the stator (40), and a first bearing (71), the first output shaft (10) being connected to the reduction gear (60) either directly or via a member, and the outer peripheral surface of the shaft (20) and an inner peripheral portion (54) of the housing (50) being linked via the first bearing (71).
