Abstract:
A rotary sleeve for a fire monitor, comprising a pitch rotary sleeve (5) and a cylinder (16). A pitch worm (11) is provided in the rotary sleeve (5). Either side of the pitch worm (11) is fixed within the pitch rotary sleeve (5) by means of deep groove ball bearings (10). The deep groove ball bearings (10) on either side are respectively fixed within the pitch rotary sleeve (5) by means a motor installing plate (13) and a worm pressing cover (8). The worm pressing cover (8) is fixedly connected to one end of the pitch rotary sleeve (5) by means of a cross recessed countersunk head screw I (9). The motor installing plate (13) is fixedly connected to the other end of the pitch rotary sleeve (5) by means of a cross recessed countersunk head screw II (15). An oil cup (6) and an elastic hole stop ring (12) are provided to facilitate filling a lubricating oil. In addition, the lubricating oil can be effectively stored in the inner cavity of the pitch rotary sleeve (5) to ensure the lubrication of a pitch worm gear (4) and the pitch worm (11), thereby improving practical effects.
