Abstract:
Disclosed is a rotary steerable drilling tool. The tool comprises a drill bit (1), a steering section (2), a flexible drill string (3), a propulsion mechanism (4), and an electric drive actuator (5), the steering section comprising a bearing body (21), the drill bit being connected to the lower part of the bearing body, and a steering mechanism (211) being connected to the bearing body; the flexible drill string comprises a torque transfer string (31) and a pressure-bearing hose (32), the lower end of the torque transfer string being connected to the upper end of the bearing body; the propulsion mechanism is connected onto the bearing body and is in communication with the flexible drill string, and the propulsion mechanism can drive the drill bit to drill or pull the flexible drill string to advance; the electric drive actuator is electrically connected to the steering mechanism, and the electric drive actuator can control the action of the steering mechanism. The present rotary steerable drilling tool can implement short radius directional drilling, and the propulsion mechanism can assist the flexible drill string to advance or push the drill bit to drill, thereby achieving short radius steerable drilling with a certain wellbore extension length.
