Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a rotary supporting device, a tray replacement mechanism, a quick replacement system and a lifting method, the rotary support device comprising a chassis, a rotary disk and a driving mechanism, wherein the rotary disk is sleeved on the chassis, and the top of the rotary disk is used for fixedly connecting a carrier to be rotated; and the driving mechanism is connected to the rotary disk and is used to drive the rotary disk to rotate on the outer circumference of the chassis. A battery tray assembly comprises a carrier mechanism and at least one rotating assembly located on the carrier mechanism; the rotating assembly comprises a battery tray and the described rotary supporting device; the bottom of the chassis is connected to the carrier mechanism, and the top of the rotary disk is connected to the battery tray. A quick replacement system for a battery box comprises the described battery tray assembly. According to the present invention, since the battery tray is small in size and light in weight, the battery tray is directly rotated by means of the rotary disk, thereby greatly improving the rotation precision of the rotary supporting device, and effectively avoiding an inaccurate position when the battery box is taken and placed. Meanwhile, the rotary supporting device has a simple structure, takes up small spatial resources, and is easy to maintain.
