Disclosed is a rotary-type laminated structure brake, comprising: a fixed part (1), comprising a base (11) and an end plate (12), the base (11) being fixedly connected to the end plate (12) by means of a guide rod (13); a connection part (2) for being connected to an external rotary rod to be locked; a moving part (3) located between the connection part (2) and the base (11); a locking sheet set (4) located between the moving part (3) and the end plate (12), the locking sheet set (4) comprising a plurality of rotor locking sheets (41) and a plurality of stator locking sheets (42), the rotor locking sheets (41) being sleeved on the connection part (2) in an axially slidable and circumferentially non-rotatable manner, the stator locking sheets (42) being sleeved on the guide rod (13) in a slidable manner, and the stator locking sheets (42) and the rotor locking sheets (41) being arranged in a staggered and overlapped manner; and a driving mechanism (5) arranged on the base (11) and having a telescopic output end, with the output end of the driving mechanism (5) being fixedly connected to the moving part (3).
