A rotatable cat litter box and a fully-automatic antibacterial deodorising cat toilet, the rotatable cat litter box comprising a cat leg cleaning pedal (5) and a rotatable cat litter box body (1) arranged at one side of the cat leg cleaning pedal (5), cat litter being placed inside the rotatable cat litter box body (1), a cat litter filter mesh (2) being arranged on the side that the cat litter is placed, a cat excrement collection box (4) being arranged below the rotatable cat litter box body (1), the outer side of the position of the cat litter in the rotatable cat litter box body (1) being arcuate, the outer side of the position of the cat litter filter mesh in the rotatable cat litter box body (1) also being arcuate, a rotation drive gear (3) being arranged on the outer side of the rotatable cat litter box body (1), a gear for engaging with the rotation drive gear (3) also being arranged on the outer side of the rotatable cat litter box body (1), and the rotation drive gear (3) driving the rotation of the rotatable cat litter box body (1).
