Abstract:
A rotating assembly (10). The rotating assembly (10) comprises: a first rotating shaft assembly (100), a first fixing plate (200) sleeved on the first rotating shaft assembly (100), and a second fixing plate (300) sleeved on the first rotating shaft assembly (100) spaced apart from the first fixing plate (200), wherein the first fixing plate (200) and the second fixing plate (300) can relatively rotate by means of the first rotating shaft assembly (100), and the first rotating shaft assembly (100) is configured to provide adjustable rotational damping for the relative rotation of the first fixing plate (200) and the second fixing plate (300).
