Abstract:
A rotating body noncontact power feeding device provided with: a power receiving side substrate which is secured to a rotating shaft supported by a bearing and rotates integrally with the rotating shaft, and on which a power receiving side circuit component is mounted; and a power transmitting side substrate which is secured to a holding part that holds the bearing such that a substrate surface faces a substrate surface of the power receiving side substrate, to which a power supply is connected, and on which a power transmitting side circuit component is mounted, wherein on one substrate surface facing the power receiving side substrate out of front and back substrate surfaces of the power transmitting side substrate, a power transmitting side coil of multiple turns wound in a planar shape is formed by a conductive pattern, on the other surface out of the front and back substrate surfaces, the power transmitting side circuit component is mounted, on one substrate surface facing the power transmitting side substrate out of front and back substrate surfaces of the power receiving side substrate, a power receiving side coil of one or more turns wound in a planar shape is formed by a conductive pattern, on the other substrate surface out of the front and back substrate surfaces, the power receiving side circuit component is mounted, and the power transmitting side coil and the power receiving side coil are magnetically coupled to thereby feed power in a noncontact manner from the power transmitting side substrate to the power receiving side substrate.
