Abstract:

A rotating connector device (1) is provided with a first case (10), a second case (20), and a stopper structure (70). The stopper structure (70) includes a movable member (71), a movement converting portion (72), and a stopper (73). The movable member (71) is capable of rotating together with the second case (20) relative to the first case (10) about an axis of rotation (A1), and is capable of moving relative to the first case (10) and the second case (20) in an axial direction (D1) defined along the axis of rotation (A1). The movement converting portion (72) is configured to convert relative rotation between the first case (10) and the second case (20) into movement of the movable member (71) relative to the first case (10) and the second case (20) in the axial direction (D1). The stopper (73) is provided on at least one of the first case (10) and the second case (20), and is capable of coming into contact with the movable member (71).
