Abstract:
This rotating electric machine inspection device is provided with an image capturing device, a drive mechanism, a display, and a control device. The image capturing device captures the image of a pattern provided on the surface of a wedge that is a part of an armature. The drive mechanism moves the image capturing device with respect to a stator serving as the armature. The control device detects the deformation of the wedge by comparing the image data of the pattern captured by the image capturing device with reference data of the pattern. This enables the rotating electric machine inspection device to easily detect the deformation of the wedge. Further, the control device estimates the looseness of the wedge on the basis of the deformation of the wedge and notifies the operator of a rotating electric machine of the looseness of the wedge by using the display.
