Abstract:
The present invention obtains a rotating electrical machine in which an armature winding can be easily wound around a main pole tooth and the output torque of which can be improved. This rotating electrical machine is provided with: a stator having a stator core and an armature winding; and a rotor provided facing the stator with an air gap interposed therebetween and having a rotor core and a permanent magnet. The stator core has: a yoke portion formed cylindrically; a main pole tooth which projects from the yoke portion toward the rotor side and around which the armature winding is wound; and an auxiliary pole tooth provided adjacent to the main pole tooth in the circumferential direction and projecting from the yoke portion toward the rotor side. The main pole tooth is the same member as the yoke member, and the auxiliary pole tooth is a different member from the yoke member.
