Abstract:
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a rotating electrical machine rotor includes a plurality of magnetic poles provided side-by-side about a central axis in a circumferential direction, wherein each magnetic pole is provided with: a rotor iron core including at least two magnet holding slots 34 provided spaced apart from one another in the circumferential direction, a first iron core portion 24a positioned between the two magnet holding slots in the circumferential direction, a second iron core portion 24b positioned between the two magnet holding slots and the central axis, and a bridge 60 joining the first iron core portion and the second iron core portion; and a plurality of permanent magnets M disposed inside each of the magnet holding slots. The bridge includes: a plurality of first center bridges 50a which are positioned between the two magnet holding slots, and which are provided spaced apart from one another in the circumferential direction; and a coupling element 50b linking the plurality of first center bridges to one another.
