Abstract:
Disclosed is a rotating electrical machine wherein a rotating electrical machine main body has a housing and a rotating shaft. An angle detector that detects the rotating angle of the rotating shaft has: a magnetism generator that is provided at a rotating shaft end portion in the shaft direction; a sensor substrate that is provided to the housing; and a magnetic sensor that is provided to the sensor substrate. The sensor substrate is attached to a housing end surface in the shaft direction of the rotating electrical machine main body, and is rotatable with respect to the housing by having the shaft center line of the rotating shaft at the center. The attaching angle with the shaft center line of the sensor substrate at the center can be adjusted and fixed from the outside of the housing.
