Abstract:
This rotating electrical machine comprises: a rotor; a shaft that penetrates through the rotor along a rotational axis and is pivotally supported by a bearing; a cylindrical stator that accommodates the rotor inside thereof and has a coil wound on the inner circumference side; a rotor cover that is attached to an axial direction end surface of the rotor; and a housing that has a flow passage supplying oil to the bearing. The rotor cover has an oil receiving part that forms a concentric gap between the oil receiving part and the shaft and receives, in the gap, oil from the bearing. The oil receiving part has a spray aperture that uses centrifugal force to spray the oil, which has been guided into the gap, toward the inner circumference of the coil.
